A great century day. The Tri-cyclists together again! And bringing in my best century time to date. 6:15. Yes Jeff that includes the 3 mandatory SAG stops. There's still room for improvement. Tomorrow is set for 92. We may have to add bonus miles there.
 
 This morning I was totally regreting the sprints I did last night. My calves were killing me!
