So how did it feel? Grip is tight. Really difficult, hand kinda fell asleep. I'll keep working it. Lisa met me for lunch this week and helped me with some exercizes to move things along. I'll stick to the plan.
Tomorrow is an easy 3 mile run, and time to readjust the schedual. The big challenge? To be ready to ride 112 in 7 days. Piece of cake, right?
