Thanks dad. So even before my day of reconing, the plan had already been shifted. Weight training has been restored! Tuesday & Thursday right after an easy swim. Yes, I'm back in the water too. The trainer was a bit surprised. Thought I was going to loose it, thought he had some how goofed. No, it was me. Adjust the plan.
What was wrong with the old plan? Cardio, cardio, cardio, burning threw calories, not replacing properly and no rest! REST is just as important as the training. I need a scheduled day off. Right now rest is the hardest thing for me. But rest I must.
