Visit to Orthopaedic Surgeon

Tuesday April 14th... Today I visit Steve Ripple, old friend and Orthopaedic Surgeon. 9 days since my little spill. (A mile or two later I was sure it was dislocated. But by the time the ride was over I'd moved on.) Thursday, on advice from my sister and my husband. I drug myself in to have it looked at. I was prepared to hear sprain. But I guess my gut instinct is pretty good. They said dislocation. So training moved indoors this week end. I did manage an easy run too. I haven't done that in a while! It was almost like I was new. I had time to map out plans B&C, hopefully that's enough. 9 weeks till take off. I have a 5k set in there too. At least for now. Let's see what Steve has to say.
